We encourage players to have the c …moreorrect footwear to play on the pitch. Moulded boots are the best suitable footwear for this surface. We would greatly appreciate you to avoid wearing flat soled trainers or flat AstroTurf boots as this can cause damage to the pitch. We have a Boot bank on site where you can borrow boots to wear for the sessions! If you have any questions please do get in contact! less
Fun fives, round robin (non competitive)
For young players, small sided games have been proven through research to be the best format to develop their love for the game along with the opportunity to maximise involvement and help player development.
A morning of teamwork, positional play and skill development at Spartans! Our coaches will give in-game feedback, coaching and encouragement to ensure that players are engaged, involved and having fun as they learn and develop.
These sessions will consist of 30/40 minutes of a technical session, working on the basics of the game including, passing, dribbling, shooting etc. After this they will go into small sided matches.
